"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
-Mary Oliver (The Summer Day)
As a child I was drawn to the outdoors, my most cherished memories are of spending hours in the forest exploring the natural world. Growing up I travelled a lot with my parents and when I graduated high school I travelled with a childhood friend to India and Southeast Asia for 4 months. So began my love of travel and adventure. This lead me to the Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership degree at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. My passions lie in wilderness and adventure therapy, community-based tourism development and filmmaking.
When I am not in the mountains I can be found practicing asanas on my yoga mat, playing guitar, baking or reading.
